On October 10, Dongfang Machinery and CEC (Fujian) Industrial Internet Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "CEC") held the signing ceremony of "Cloud Launch Conference" in the Oriental Industrial Park. In the first half of 2020, Dongfang Machinery invested heavily in building an industrial intelligent Internet of Things (IoT) project in China's brick and tile equipment manufacturing industry. The technology team of Dongfang Machinery and the technology team of Zhongdian discussed and established the Dongfang Machinery Intelligent IoT Center. After six months of construction and technical research, it officially began operation on October 10th.
The center is committed to providing complete big data Internet application services and information services for brick and tile enterprises, providing industrial equipment IoT cloud platform and intelligent services for users in the industry, and realizing equipment remote cloud monitoring, remote cloud operation and maintenance, cloud based equipment life-cycle management through the cloud platform, mainly including equipment operation data collection, data storage, real-time online monitoring, equipment fault alarm push, remote fault diagnosis, data analysis, work order operation and maintenance management, system announcement, etc., so as to realize the expansion of the regional chain Internet from the consumption field to the production field, from the virtual economy to the real economy, and promote brick and tile industrial enterprises to accelerate their progress towards digitalization, networking, and intelligence. The Dongfang Machinery Industry Intelligent Internet of Things project can perform real-time monitoring and recording of the production status and faults of equipment systems in various regions of global users, enhancing the ability of remote diagnosis and remote services.
At present, the equipment of Chinese brick and tile enterprises has basically achieved automation functions, but the customer's geographical distribution makes it difficult to manage during use, and the dispersed different types of equipment and their status are still limited to on-site monitoring or control. The demand for remote equipment intelligence is very urgent.
