The main characteristics of JKY70/65 vacuum extruder are:
(1) The extrusion pressure is high, reaching a maximum of 4.5Mpa, and the normal working pressure is 4.0Mpa; The moisture content of extruded bricks is low, and the wet strength of 15-20% bricks is 0.3-0.4 Mpa;
(2) Strong adaptability to raw materials, mixed mud materials such as shale, coal slag, and stone powder can meet the requirements of brick making by blending them. Suitable for producing standard bricks, block bricks, rectangular bricks, and high porosity hollow bricks.
(3) Replacing the machine head is very easy and convenient, and the product specifications and varieties can be adjusted at any time. It has reliable performance, low failure rate, and a small amount of maintenance.
(4) The upper level reducer of the host adopts an independent all steel structure through processes such as quenching, tempering, and heat treatment, while the lower level reducer uses the Liuhang 1600 reducer.
