Therefore, how to ensure the continuous and normal use of the vacuum extruder? The ideal working temperature for a vacuum extruder should be between 45 ℃ and 50 ℃, because the machine is designed based on a selected pressure oil viscosity, but the viscosity will change with the oil temperature, which will affect the working components in the system, such as oil cylinders, hydraulic valves, etc., reducing control accuracy and response sensitivity, especially for precision injection machines. At the same time, excessively high temperatures can accelerate the aging of the sealing components, causing them to harden and shatter; If the temperature is too low, the processing energy consumption is high, resulting in a decrease in operating speed. Therefore, it is necessary to closely monitor the working temperature of hydraulic oil. There are various reasons for high oil temperature, but they are mostly attributed to oil circuit faults or cooling system failures. Insufficient oil in the hydraulic part of the vacuum extruder can cause the oil temperature to easily rise and air to easily dissolve into the oil, affecting the oil quality and normal operation of the extruder. Insufficient oil is usually caused by oil leakage or loss during repair. Therefore, daily attention should be paid to checking for leaks, replacing worn seals, tightening loose joints, etc. After repair, the oil level in the tank should be checked and replenished in a timely manner. The cooler should be cleaned once a year, or according to whether its working capacity has decreased, the internal blockage or scaling of the cooler will affect the cooling efficiency. Soft (mineral free) water should be selected as the preferred cooling water. The cleaning of the hydraulic oil filter of the vacuum extruder plays a role in cleaning the hydraulic oil. Therefore, the oil filter should be cleaned every three months to keep the oil suction pipe unobstructed, and the oil filter screen should be checked for damage.
